Terms of Use

A few things to know about using Velvet Rolls Lab.

These terms govern your use of the Velvet Rolls Lab Android app and official website, provided by CV CANTIK KERLIP BERCAHAYA. By using the service, you agree to these terms. If you do not agree, stop using it. Nothing here limits rights that cannot lawfully be excluded.

1. Eligibility and access

You must meet the age and content-rating requirements applicable in your location and obtain a parent or guardian’s authorization where required. The current app supports Android 7.0 and later and requires an internet connection for streaming. You are responsible for your device, connection, any carrier charges and compliance with local law.

2. Your use of the service

We grant you a limited, personal, non-exclusive and non-transferable right to use the app and view available content for lawful, non-commercial purposes. Do not redistribute, record for redistribution, sell or publicly exhibit videos without the rights holder’s permission. Do not bypass access controls, attack the service, automate abusive requests, impersonate others or infringe intellectual property or privacy rights.

3. Content and availability

Titles, artwork, subtitles, languages and episode availability are supplied through content partners and may differ by region or change over time. Website selections are previews of the catalog, not a guarantee that every title is available in every language. We do not promise uninterrupted playback, a particular resolution, permanent access to a title or compatibility with every device. We may modify or suspend features for maintenance, licensing, security or legal reasons.

4. Guest use and preferences

The current release allows browsing and watching without account registration. Progress and preferences are stored locally; saves and likes also interact with the content service. Do not assume these records are backed up or available on another device. Clearing app storage or uninstalling can remove local progress. Notifications are optional and controlled by your app preferences and Android permissions.

5. Purchases and external services

This website does not accept payments or sell subscriptions. Any separately offered paid feature must show its price and applicable purchase conditions before you choose to buy; these terms do not create a paid entitlement. Third-party websites, hosting and content services may have their own terms. We are not responsible for services we do not control, subject to applicable law.

6. Intellectual property

The app, website, brand and their original design belong to us or our licensors. Drama videos, posters, titles and related materials belong to their respective rights holders. Viewing access does not transfer ownership or grant rights to reuse these materials beyond this service.

7. Privacy and support

Our Privacy Policy explains data handling and your options. For technical issues, rights concerns or data requests, contact support. Provide only information needed to understand your request.

8. Suspension, responsibility and disputes

We may restrict access where reasonably necessary to address misuse, infringement, service integrity or legal obligations. To the extent allowed by law, the service is provided on an “as available” basis without additional warranties. Liability is limited only as permitted by applicable law; mandatory consumer protections and liability that cannot be excluded remain unaffected. Contact us first about a dispute so we can try to resolve it. Applicable mandatory law and any competent courts’ jurisdiction remain unaffected.

9. Updates and contact

We may revise these terms as the service changes. The current version and date appear here, with additional notice where required. Continued use after a valid update takes effect is subject to the revised terms.
